I feel that I cannot let this occasion pass without mentioning what a wonderful example my mum and dad have set for me. Besides their loving devotion as parents, they have demonstrated an unfailing devotion to each other. The least I can do is to follow it.

Today represents a great occasion for both my parents, being the culmination of many years of planning of a different sort. They have prepared me well, supported me through every stage of my life and taught me the difference between right and wrong – so that I know which I am enjoying at any given time.
