Imagine having your credit card stolen just weeks before your wedding! All those bills to pay; the flowers, the cake, the band, the buffet… The last thing you need is some light-fingered felon maxing it out and leaving you high and dry for funds! For this groom, though, the ‘stolen credit card’ is thankfully just a set up to a classic - if ever so slightly old-fashioned - gag about his new wife’s spending habits. Well played, Sir.
